Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Generation: Identify and engage with potential customers to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Customer Visits: Conduct field visits to meet clients, present products/services, and close deals.
- Market Research: Analyze market trends, competition, and customer preferences to identify opportunities.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Product Demonstration: Provide detailed information about products/services and demonstrate their features and benefits.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports and update CRM systems regularly.
- Follow-ups: Regularly follow up with potential and existing clients to drive repeat sales.
- Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and operations, to ensure smooth execution of orders and client needs.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in field sales or a similar role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to challenges.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
