Job Description

Location : Trivandrum

Experience : 0-2 years

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Generation: Identify and engage with potential customers to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Customer Visits: Conduct field visits to meet clients, present products/services, and close deals.
  • Market Research: Analyze market trends, competition, and customer preferences to identify opportunities.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Product Demonstration: Provide detailed information about products/services and demonstrate their features and benefits.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports and update CRM systems regularly.
  • Follow-ups: Regularly follow up with potential and existing clients to drive repeat sales.
  • Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and operations, to ensure smooth execution of orders and client needs.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in field sales or a similar role.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
