Job Summary:
The Centre Head is responsible for overseeing the operations of the entire hospital, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery, managing staff, and achieving business targets. This role involves strategic planning, operational management, customer service excellence, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
· Oversee the administrative, operational, and technical aspects of the hospital to ensure optimal capacity utilization and quality service delivery, leading to high patient satisfaction.
· Implement and monitor standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and efficiency.
· Manage budgets and optimize expenses to maintain financial health.
· Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and legal requirements.
· Evaluate staff performance, provide constructive feedback, and support professional development.
· Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and timely resolution of issues.
· Handle and resolve customer complaints promptly, using feedback to continuously improve service quality.
· Identify and pursue opportunities for business growth and develop marketing strategies to attract new patients.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and resolve escalated issues.
· Oversee the hospital’s financial performance, including revenue, expenses, and profitability, while implementing cost-control measures without compromising service quality.
· Ensure the hospital’s facilities are well-maintained, safe, and functional by coordinating with maintenance teams for repairs and upgrades.
· Develop and execute long-term plans to achieve the hospital’s objectives, adjusting strategies as needed based on industry trends.
· Collaborate with senior management on overall business strategy and implementation.
· Organize events and promotions to create and drive awareness and convert leads into bookings.
· Manage employee leave, overtime, and duty rosters, identifying staff capable of multitasking and ensuring they receive appropriate training.
· Experience in managing calendar activities, logistics, travel arrangements, and coordinating the visa process is essential. Proficiency in Google Suite and experience in handling biometrics are added advantages.
· Oversee the achievement of budgeted sales targets each month, offering timely advice to the team to adjust strategies and improve effectiveness.
· Plan and execute events, promotions, and local advertising campaigns to raise awareness and attract patients.
· Address employee grievances through rational and open meetings, intervening directly or with HR when necessary, and ensuring monthly meetings are held with reports sent to the Director.
· Oversee the management and maintenance of hospital employees’ attendance records, MIS reports, security arrangements, inventory control, and compliance with all statutory obligations.
· Inspect the hospital regularly to ensure that upkeep meets standard norms and that hygiene and sanitation conditions are excellent. Ensure that machines are in working order and submit monthly checklists to the Corporate office within the stipulated timeline.
· Preference will be given to candidates who have independently managed wellness centre.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
