Responsibilities:
• Video Production: Capture high-quality videos at various construction sites showcasing progress, projects, and behind-the-scenes activities.
• Content Creation: Develop compelling content for social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
• Social Media Management: Manage and grow our social media accounts by scheduling posts, responding to comments, and engaging with followers.
• Creative Campaigns: Conceptualize and execute creative campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align content creation with overall marketing strategies and goals.
• Analytics and Reporting: Track social media metrics, analyze performance data, and provide insights to optimize content strategy.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Specialist, or similar role.
• Portfolio showcasing video production and social media content creation skills.
• Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of SEO and content marketing principles is a plus.
• Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
