Here’s a glimpse of your responsibilities:
Lead Management:
● Refer to the provided lead sheet to track and manage all inbound enquiries.
● Contact prospective students promptly to introduce Computrain – Study Abroad and
understand their study abroad interests.
Communication & Engagement:
● Engage with leads through calls, emails, and messaging to build rapport and answer
initial queries.
● Clearly explain the benefits of scheduling a counselling session and address any
preliminary concerns.
● Conversion Focus:
● Guide leads toward booking a 15-20 minute counselling session with our Discovery
Counsellor.
● Use persuasive communication techniques to emphasize the personalized support and
value they’ll receive during the session.
Follow-Up & Reporting:
● Follow up with unresponsive leads through multiple touchpoints, ensuring that no potential
student is overlooked.
● Document all interactions and maintain detailed records on the lead sheet for tracking and
analysis.
Candidate Requirements
● Experience: Previous experience in a customer-facing role (sales, telemarketing, or
customer service) is preferred.
● Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a friendly
and engaging manner.
● Organization: Ability to manage a dynamic list of leads and prioritize tasks efficiently.
● Work Environment: Fully remote with a 5-hour workday, offering flexibility in managing
daily tasks.
