The Role
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented LinkedIn Executive to join our growing performance marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for prospecting for qualified leads on LinkedIn, building relationships, and setting high-quality appointments for our sales team.
Responsibilities:
Conduct in-depth research to identify target decision-makers within your assigned industry verticals.
Build a strong network of connections on LinkedIn by actively engaging with groups, discussions, and relevant profiles.
Craft compelling personalized outreach messages to initiate conversations with potential customers.
Qualify leads by understanding their needs, pain points, and budget to ensure a good fit for our solutions.
Schedule qualified appointments with sales representatives based on their availability and lead preferences.
Maintain and update CRM records with accurate and detailed lead information.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices for lead generation on LinkedIn.
Participate in lead generation brainstorm sessions and contribute to optimizing outreach strategies.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Number of qualified leads generated per week/month.
Lead conversion rate (conversion to sales qualified lead).
Appointment setting rate (conversion of qualified leads to appointments).
Average deal size of appointments set.
Social selling activity metrics (e.g., connection requests sent, profile views, engagement on posts).
Desirable Competencies:
2+ years of proven experience in B2B lead generation, preferably within the performance marketing or SaaS industry
Strong understanding of performance marketing concepts and services
Adept at using LinkedIn for lead generation, including search filters, advanced search operators, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator (experience a plus)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with potential clients
Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and a CRM platform
A data-driven approach with the ability to analyze results and adapt strategies for improvement
