We are looking for an enthusiastic and well-connected Placement Officer to manage student placement activities and build strong industry relationships. The ideal candidate will be responsible for connecting students with job and internship opportunities, preparing them for professional success, and fostering partnerships with recruiters and corporate organizations
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with companies, recruiters, and industry professionals to secure placement and internship opportunities.
• Organize campus recruitment drives, job fairs, and company presentations.
• Coordinate with academic departments to align student skills with job market demands.
• Assist students with resume building, interview preparation, and career counseling.
• Maintain a comprehensive database of students, placement records, and employer contacts.
• Prepare placement reports, feedback summaries, and performance metrics.
• Promote the institution’s talent pool to industry partners through presentations, brochures, and online platforms. • Track market trends and industry demands to ensure training programs are aligned with placement opportunities.
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, Education, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• 3-8 years of experience in placements, career services, or corporate HR/recruitment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong networking abilities and knowledge of current employment trends.
• Proficiency in MS Office and placement management systems.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience working in educational institutions or training centers.
• Ability to mentor and motivate students professionally.
• Familiarity with job portals, LinkedIn, and online recruitment tools.
• Strong organizational and event management skills.
