Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Caller with excellent counselling skills to join our team. The role primarily involves making outbound calls to prospective students, counselling them on study abroad opportunities, and converting leads into successful applications. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in counselling students for overseas education and a proven track record in achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective students to inform them about available study options in international universities.
  • Counsel students on courses, universities, and countries, understanding their educational and career aspirations.
  • Provide detailed information on the admission process, eligibility criteria, and visa requirements.
  • Convert leads into confirmed applications, guiding students through the enrolment and application process.
  • Maintain a strong follow-up process, ensuring timely and accurate communication with prospective students.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with students, providing ongoing support and guidance throughout the application process.
  • Achieve sales targets by successfully converting inquiries into applications and enrolments.
  • Assist with documentation and ensure that all necessary paperwork for applications and visas is completed correctly and on time.
  • Work closely with the admissions and counselling teams to ensure a smooth application process for students.
  • Keep updated with the latest trends and changes in overseas education, study destinations, and visa regulations.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales calls, conversions, and pipeline progress to share with the management team.

Key Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in sales calling or counselling within the overseas education or related industry.
  • Strong understanding of study abroad opportunities, countries, universities, and visa processes.
  • Excellent communication and counselling skills, with the ability to engage and convert prospective students.
  • Target-driven mind-set, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and sales reporting tools.
  • Customer-focused with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with students.
  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferably in education, counselling, or related fields).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
