Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and networking.
  • Generate leads, qualify prospects, and convert them into customers.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term business growth.
  • Conduct sales presentations, meetings, and negotiations to close deals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies and meet customer needs.
  • Maintain and update CRM records with sales activities and client interactions.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in Business Development/Sales.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving sales success.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
