Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Patient Care:
   • Provide direct care to patients, including administering medications, treatments, and conducting assessments.
   • Monitor patients’ vital signs and respond to changes in their condition.
   • Assist in patient hygiene, mobility, and daily activities.
2. Clinical Duties:

3. Health Education:
   • Educate patients and families about health conditions, treatments, and preventive care.
   • Provide guidance on medication usage, post-discharge care, and follow-up protocols.
4. Infection Control:
   • Adhere to infection control policies to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff.
   • Maintain a sterile and organized work environment.
5. Professional Development:
   • Participate in training programs and continuing education to stay updated with nursing practices.
   • Contribute to team discussions and quality improvement initiatives.
6. Compliance:
   • Follow hospital policies, procedures, and legal regulations.
   • Ensure patient confidentiality and uphold ethical standards in practice.

Qualifications

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from a recognized institution.
• Licensure: Registered Nurse (RN) license as per local regulations.
