Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.

  • Explain products or services and generate interest/leads.

  • Follow up on leads and maintain customer database (CRM).

  • Handle inbound queries and resolve customer concerns.

  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.

  • Maintain professional relationships with customers.

  • Record all call information accurately and update customer records.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service.

  • Strong verbal communication skills in English and [any regional language, if applicable].

  • Confidence, patience, and a polite telephone manner.

  • Ability to handle rejections and remain positive during interactions.

  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems.

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Graduation preferred).
