Job Description
Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.

Explain products or services and generate interest/leads.

Follow up on leads and maintain customer database (CRM).

Handle inbound queries and resolve customer concerns.

Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.

Maintain professional relationships with customers.

Record all call information accurately and update customer records.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service.

Strong verbal communication skills in English and [any regional language, if applicable].

Confidence, patience, and a polite telephone manner.

Ability to handle rejections and remain positive during interactions.

Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems.

High school diploma or equivalent (Graduation preferred).
