Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Handle guest check-ins and check-outs

  • Manage reservations and booking systems

  • Interact with guests and ensure a pleasant experience

  • Handle phone calls and front desk operations

  • Assist with basic accounts and daily reports

  • Coordinate with other departments for smooth operations

Requirements:

  • Male candidates preferred

  • Freshers can apply

  • Graduates preferred (B.Com or English Literature background is an advantage, not mandatory)

  • Pleasant personality with good communication skills

  • Basic computer knowledge is required

  • Knowledge of Hindi will be an added advantage
