Job Overview:
We are seeking a professional and personable Front Office Executive to be the first point of contact for our organization. The ideal candidate will manage reception duties, handle administrative tasks, and ensure smooth day-to-day front desk operations with a positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a courteous and professional manner.

Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls and emails.

Maintain visitor logs, employee attendance records, and appointment scheduling.

Manage front desk operations including courier, mail, and office supplies.

Coordinate with internal departments to support daily operations.

Handle inquiries, provide accurate information, and ensure a positive visitor experience.

Ensure reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.

Assist in basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and documentation.
Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in any discipline.

Prior experience as a front office executive, receptionist, or in a similar role preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer knowledge.
