Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic GM – Sales to lead our sales team.
The role involves driving revenue growth, mentoring the team, building strong client & builder relationships, and ensuring achievement of monthly and annual sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Revenue Growth
- Achieve a minimum of 6 closed sales per month and meet/exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual reveSales & Revenue Growth

- Monitor and improve lead-to-conversion ratios (minimum 30%).
Ensure consistent site visits, client meetings, and follow-ups.
2. Sales Strategy & Planning
- Develop branch-level sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Conduct weekly pipeline reviews and maintain accurate forecasts.
Ensure systematic documentation and reporting of all sales activities.
3. Team Leadership & Development
- Lead, mentor, and supervise the sales team to achieve closures.
- Conduct weekly performance reviews and regular knowledge sessions (minimum 2 per month).
- Ensure sales team is trained on every new project, including builder meetings and relationship handling.
4. Business Development & Client Relations
- Conduct 5–6 potential client meetings per week and ensure client satisfaction levels of 90%+.
- Manage and strengthen builder and banking partner relationships (minimum 2 builder visits per month).
- Collaborate with marketing to generate quality leads and execute campaigns.
5. Sales Operations & Reporting
- Ensure CRM accuracy and daily reporting compliance.
- Submit competitor and market analysis reports monthly.
- Monitor branch sales budgets
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred) in Sales/Marketing/Business.
- 4+ years in sales with at least 3 years in a leadership role (real estate preferred).
- Proven track record of achieving/exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership, communication & negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM and sales reporting tools.
