About the Role:
We are seeking a pleasant and customer-focused Front Office Executive to manage the front desk operations at our beauty clinic. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to deliver an excellent client experience.
Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome clients in a friendly and professional manner.

Manage client appointments, scheduling, and follow-ups.

Handle incoming calls, messages, and inquiries efficiently.

Maintain records of client visits, billing, and service details.

Coordinate with therapists and beauticians to ensure smooth workflow.

Manage daily cash transactions and prepare basic reports.

Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the reception and waiting area.

Assist with promoting clinic services, offers, and memberships to clients.

Handle client feedback and escalate issues to the clinic manager if required.
Skills & Requirements:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Excel, email handling).

Professional appearance and a pleasing personality.

Prior experience in a salon, spa, or clinic environment is an added advantage.
