Job Description
Key Responsibilities•
Provide technical support to internal users (L1/L2 support – hardware, software, network).
• Install, configure, and maintain workstations, laptops, printers
• Support Windows/Linux/macOS environments and troubleshoot system issues.
• Manage user accounts and permissions in Active Directory and Google Workspace.
• Monitor and maintain LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi networks, and VPN connections.
• Assist in server maintenance, system updates, and patch management.
• Perform system backups and data recovery tasks.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
• Support network and system security (antivirus, firewalls, access control).
• Collaborate with senior IT staff on infrastructure upgrades and IT improvement projects.
• Ensure IT policies and standards are followed across the organization.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 0–2 years of experience in IT support or system administration.
• Basic understanding of: o Networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN) o Windows/Linux operating systems o Active Directory / Group Policy
• Knowledge of hardware troubleshooting (laptops/desktops/printers).
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred (nice to have):
• Experience with virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) or cloud services (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Understanding of ITIL basics.
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft MTA/MCSA, CCNA or similar.
