Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Implementation Manager to join our team.

As an Implementation Manager at Pinnacle, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the successful deployment of our software products for our clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution, client satisfaction, and project completion.

Key Responsibilities:

 Managing communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients following the sale of product to collect data and other information required to customize/configure software.

 Coordinate communication between the project team, client, and other stakeholders.

 Project Planning: Collaborate with clients and internal teams to assess requirements, define project objectives, scope, and deliverables.

Develop project plans and timeline.

Ensure that the project team is aware of key deliverables and project milestones.

 Documentation: Create detailed documents about customization, process mapping documents etc. Ensure accuracy and completeness of all project-related documentation.

 Project Handling: Communicate with clients throughout the customization process to obtain feedback and approvals. Ensure sign-offs at each stage/phase of the project implementation.

 Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues during implementation and develop proactive mitigation strategies. Address challenges promptly to minimize project disruptions.

 Quality Assurance: Ensure quality control to ensure that software products meet client expectations.

 Training and Support: Provide training and support to clients and internal teams on software product functionality and usage. Ensure clients are well-prepared to maximize the benefits of our products.

 Feedback and Improvement: Solicit client feedback and post-implementation insights to identify areas for product and process improvement. Collaborate with product development teams to enhance software offerings.

Qualifications:

 Bachelor’s degree (Master’s degree is a plus).

 Proven experience as an Implementation Manager in a software product company.

 Experience in implementing projects with integration will be preferred.

 Strong project management skills, including the ability to create and manage project plans and timelines.

 Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

 Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

 Knowledge of industry best practices and software implementation methodologies.

Leadership and team collaboration skills.
