Key Responsibilities
Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in the IT services and solutions domain
Generate leads through market research, networking, cold outreach, and digital platforms
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT solutions in coordination with technical teams
Prepare proposals, presentations, pricing, and contract negotiations
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and revenue goals
Track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies
Collaborate closely with marketing, project management, and delivery teams
Maintain CRM records and provide regular sales reports and forecasts
Required Skills & Qualifications
2–4 years of proven experience in business development within the IT industry
Strong understanding of IT services such as web development, mobile apps, software solutions, digital transformation, or related technologies
Excellent communication, negotiation, Sales closing and presentation skills
Ability to manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure
Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and sales-related software
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with startups or IT service companies
Familiarity with domestic and/or international IT markets
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field
