Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Relations Executive to manage client interactions, provide guidance on overseas education, immigration, travel, and work visa services, and ensure a smooth end-to-end customer experience. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a strong ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries.

Provide detailed information about overseas education, immigration, work visas, travel, and job consultancy services.

Guide clients through documentation and application processes.

Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and existing clients.

Coordinate with internal teams (documentation, visa processing, university partners, etc.).

Maintain accurate client records in CRM/system.

Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally.

Ensure high customer satisfaction and positive client experience.

Achieve monthly targets for conversions and service quality.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

1–3 years of experience in overseas education, immigration, travel, or related consultancy (Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply).

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).

Good convincing and negotiation skills.

Basic knowledge of visa processes, international universities, or travel documentation preferred.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
