Responsible for managing Operations (Delivery / Pick Up) of a Cluster or Region assigned by the Organization.  Handled 8 DC’s in Delhi both East and West Delhi.  Handled 2 IPC / Processing Centre located at Mayapuri and Nangli.  On an average handled and dispatched 9000-10000 shipments per day with a closure of 80%.  Delivery and pick ups of Amazon / Flipkart is done as per the SOP of the Organization. Ensure to deliver the Online Orders of the Customer as per the committed time frame.  Monitoring the performance of DC (Dispatch Centre) by doing regular visit and Audit.  Fleet as well as Manpower planning is done in advance for smooth functioning of my Area of Responsibility.
