Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic and student-oriented Academic Counselors to join our SSC coaching institute. The role involves counseling SSC aspirants, explaining course offerings, handling student inquiries, and supporting the admission process. Fresh graduates with good communication skills and an interest in education are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities

Counsel students and parents regarding SSC and other competitive exam courses

Explain course details, batch schedules, fees, and study plans clearly

Handle walk-in, telephonic, and online inquiries

Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into enrollments

Assist students in selecting the right course based on their goals

Maintain accurate records of student interactions and admissions

Coordinate with faculty and operations team for batch allocation

Support students post-admission for a smooth onboarding experience

Achieve assigned enrollment and counseling targets
Eligibility & Requirements

Graduate in any discipline (Education background preferred)

Freshers can apply; prior counseling or sales experience is a plus

Good verbal and written communication skills

Basic knowledge or interest in SSC / government exams

Comfortable with calling, follow-ups, and student interaction
