Job Description
Key Responsibilities

Maintain and update day-to-day financial transactions, including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments

Prepare and maintain ledgers, journals, and other accounting records

Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable

Reconcile bank statements and vendor accounts
-
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports
-
Assist with GST, TDS filing, and other statutory compliances
-
Support the preparation of balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and other financial documents
-
Coordinate with auditors and provide required documentation
-
Manage petty cash and expense tracking
-
Ensure accurate and timely data entry in accounting software (Tally/ERP/Zoho Books or equivalent)
Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
-
Minimum 2 years of hands-on accounting experience
-
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and statutory compliance

Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and accounting tools
-
Good analytical and numerical skills
-
Attention to detail with strong organizational abilities
-
Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks
Preferred
-
Experience in GST & TDS filing
-
Familiarity with payroll processing
-
Knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
