Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Admission Coordinator with a strong background in sales and client handling. The role involves coordinating admission processes, meeting prospective clients/students, preparing and delivering presentations, and supporting the institution’s overall admission targets.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end admission coordination and ensure smooth enrollment processes.

Conduct client/student meetings to explain admission procedures, course details, and institutional offerings.

Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students, parents, and partners.

Create and deliver engaging presentations to clients, schools, and other stakeholders.

Maintain and update admission records, reports, and follow-ups in a timely manner.

Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve admission targets.

Attend promotional events, seminars, and outreach programs to generate leads.

Provide regular updates to management on progress and challenges.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, client handling, or admission coordination.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong presentation and negotiation skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
