Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Admission Coordinator with a strong background in sales and client handling. The role involves coordinating admission processes, meeting prospective clients/students, preparing and delivering presentations, and supporting the institution’s overall admission targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end admission coordination and ensure smooth enrollment processes.

  • Conduct client/student meetings to explain admission procedures, course details, and institutional offerings.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students, parents, and partners.

  • Create and deliver engaging presentations to clients, schools, and other stakeholders.

  • Maintain and update admission records, reports, and follow-ups in a timely manner.

  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve admission targets.

  • Attend promotional events, seminars, and outreach programs to generate leads.

  • Provide regular updates to management on progress and challenges.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, client handling, or admission coordination.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
