Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Client Relations Executive to manage client interactions, ensure a smooth customer experience, and build long-term relationships. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a passion for client handling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle client queries and provide prompt resolutions
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met
- Follow up with clients regarding services, feedback, and updates
- Maintain records of client interactions and updates in the system
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
Key Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in client handling / customer service
- Background in Wellness / FinTech / EdTech is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong command over English (mandatory)
- Energetic, proactive, and customer-oriented approach
