Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Coordination with Digital Marketing Agency:
Coordinate with the external digital marketing agency for all lead generation campaigns. Monitor whether campaigns are executed properly as per planned budgets and timelines.
Track the daily performance of ads, leads, and enquiries shared by the agency.
Review agency reports and raises issues or improvements as needed.
Ensure timely execution of website updates, landing pages, creatives, and campaign changes requested by management.
2. Campaign Monitoring & Reporting:
Create posters, banners, brochures, social media creatives, and basic marketing materials.
Edit short videos, property walkthrough clips, reels, and promo videos.
Assist in content planning and scheduling for social media channels.
Ensure all creatives follow brand guidelines and are approved before posting.
3. Website & CRM Support:
Coordinate with the agency for website edits, new uploads, landing pages, and SEO tasks.
Operate CRM tools (training will be provided).
Ensure all leads are properly captured, tagged, and updated in the CRM.
4. Basic IT Support:
Provide basic support in software installation and system setup.
Assist with minor networking issues (LAN, WiFi, printers, etc.).
Coordinate with external IT support vendors for major issues.
Support employees in accessing CRM tools, email setup, and basic IT troubleshooting.
5. Reporting & Communication:
Share performance reports with marketing, sales, and operations.
Generate detailed campaign performance reports with insights and recommendations
