Job Description:
As an FE, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless experience for new partners, riders, or users joining our platform. Your responsibilities include guiding new customers through onboarding, resolving queries, and helping them become familiar with our systems.
Key Responsibilities:
● Train bus conductors on using ticketing machines and apps.
● Assist with ticket roll replacement and troubleshooting.
● Paste QR code stickers inside buses accurately.
● Hand over inventory (delivered to your location) to bus owners and conductors.
● Address on-field issues and ensure smooth system adoption
Skills:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Prior experience in customer support or onboarding is a plus.
Qualification: Degree/Diploma (Not mandatory)
