Job Description

Job Overview:

We are seeking a professional and personable Front Office Executive to be the first point of contact for our organization. The ideal candidate will manage reception duties, handle administrative tasks, and ensure smooth day-to-day front desk operations with a positive attitude and excellent communication skills.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a courteous and professional manner.

  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls and emails.

  • Maintain visitor logs, employee attendance records, and appointment scheduling.

  • Manage front desk operations including courier, mail, and office supplies.

  • Coordinate with internal departments to support daily operations.

  • Handle inquiries, provide accurate information, and ensure a positive visitor experience.

  • Ensure reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.

  • Assist in basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and documentation.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in any discipline.

  • Prior experience as a front office executive, receptionist, or in a similar role preferred.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer knowledge.

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Professional appearance and a customer-focused attitude.
