Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Office Assistant with basic accounting knowledge to support day-to-day administrative and clerical tasks. The ideal candidate should have at least one year of experience in a similar role and be familiar with handling office operations along with basic accounts support.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks

Maintain and update records, files, and databases

Assist in preparing invoices, bills, and basic financial reports

Handle petty cash and maintain expense records

Coordinate with vendors and service providers

Answer and direct phone calls and emails in a professional manner

Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and internal events

Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed

Support the accounts team with data entry and documentation

Ensure cleanliness and proper functioning of the office premises
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar role

Basic knowledge of accounting principles and software (Tally/Excel preferred)

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
