Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Office Assistant with basic accounting knowledge to support day-to-day administrative and clerical tasks. The ideal candidate should have at least one year of experience in a similar role and be familiar with handling office operations along with basic accounts support.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks

  • Maintain and update records, files, and databases

  • Assist in preparing invoices, bills, and basic financial reports

  • Handle petty cash and maintain expense records

  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers

  • Answer and direct phone calls and emails in a professional manner

  • Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and internal events

  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed

  • Support the accounts team with data entry and documentation

  • Ensure cleanliness and proper functioning of the office premises


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar role

  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and software (Tally/Excel preferred)

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills

  • Good communication skills (verbal and written)

  • Attention to detail and problem-solving attitude

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
