Job Summary
Wellbeing Medicure Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced and result-driven Operations
Manager to lead the office setup and business operations for our new branch in
Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala.
The ideal candidate must have strong experience in medical equipment sales, branch
operations management, team leadership, and business expansion. The role requires a
hands-on professional who can independently establish processes, build a team, and
drive revenue growth in the Kerala market.
Key Responsibilities
1. Office Setup & Branch Establishment
● Lead end-to-end branch setup in Trivandrum.
● Coordinate office infrastructure, vendor finalization, and facility management.
● Ensure completion of statutory registrations and local compliance requirements.
● Develop and implement operational SOPs for the new branch.
2. Sales & Business Development
● Drive medical equipment sales across Kerala.
● Identify new hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers, and healthcare institutions.
● Build and maintain strong client relationships.
● Achieve revenue targets and expand market presence.
Required Skills & Competencies
● 5–7 years of experience in medical equipment/Healthcare supplies sales and
operations.
● Strong leadership and team-building ability.
● Experience in branch setup or independent unit handling (preferred).
● Strategic planning and execution skills.
● Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
● Knowledge of the Kerala healthcare market (preferred).
● Excellent communication and analytical skills.
Preferred Candidate Profile
● Experience in launching or managing a new branch.
● Strong network within the Kerala healthcare sector.
● Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset.
