Job Description
➢ Achieve business targets in the assigned district as per sales budget; improve
market share; promote awareness of company and its products; enhance
visibility amongst the target customer groups.
➢ Manage Distributors / Dealers and other sales outlets in achieving (rather
exceeding) their agreed sales targets on monthly / quarterly / annual basis.
➢ Execute new product launch activities in the District through appropriate
pitching and communication.
➢ Ensure collection, manage receivables outstanding within company approved
timelines.
➢ Maintain effective and timely communication with channel partners at all times
regarding product specifications; availability; pricing patterns and special
offers.
➢ Market and Competitors analysis and reporting covering distributor/dealerwise
sales pattern; pricing; discount strategies, delivery models.
➢ Develop and nurture business relations with significant client groups viz.
Architects; Electrical and Construction Contractors; Electrician/Plumber
Community etc.
➢ Organise periodic meets of Distributors; Dealers and Electrician/Plumber
Associations in the District.
➢ Coordinate between Channel Partners / customers and respective company
departments for monitoring order placement and execution; stock availability
and movements; ensuring delivery schedules; resolution of quality / quantity
issues.
➢ Other tasks and assignments in Sales and Mktg. Function as assigned.
