About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Student Counsellor cum Tele-Sales Executive who can guide prospective students about our courses and convert enquiries into admissions. The candidate should possess good communication skills, convincing ability, and a passion for interacting with students and parents.
Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective students and parents.

Explain courses, career opportunities, fees structure, and admission procedures.

Counsel students based on their interests, academic background, and career goals.

Convert leads into admissions and achieve monthly targets.

Follow up with pending enquiries and maintain proper call records.

Maintain and update lead data in CRM/Excel.

Schedule and coordinate walk-ins / counselling sessions.

Support admission documentation and enrollment process.

Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents.

Work closely with the marketing and admission team.
Required Skills

Good verbal communication (English & Malayalam preferred)

Strong convincing and negotiation skills

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Excel)
