Job Summary
Frankfinn Institute is looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecallers / Tele-counsellors to join our Trivandrum branch. The role involves interacting with prospective students, providing information about courses, and generating leads and admissions through effective communication.
Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents from provided leads.

Explain Frankfinn courses, training programs, and career opportunities clearly.

Answer inbound calls and handle inquiries professionally.

Follow up with interested candidates and maintain proper call records.

Schedule counselling appointments and campus visits.

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and admission targets.

Update lead status and feedback accurately in the system.
Eligibility & Skills

Any graduate / undergraduate can apply.

Fresher to 1 year of experience in telecalling, sales, or counselling preferred.

Good communication skills in English and Malayalam (Hindi is an added advantage).

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / CRM).

Positive attitude, convincing skills, and willingness to achieve targets.
