Qualifications
* Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
* Expertise in Research and Development (R&D) and conducting research
* Strong team management and leadership skills
* Minimum 5 years of experience
* Experience in project management
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to work effectively on-site in Kondotty
* Previous experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry is a plus
