Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales operations in the Telecom and IT Hardware domain. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sales and team management, with a strong background in the IT or Telecom industry.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the sales team to achieve set targets and KPIs

Develop and implement effective sales strategies

Identify new business opportunities and client acquisition

Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients

Monitor market trends and provide feedback to the management

Regular travel within the region for business development and client meetings

Prepare and present sales reports to senior management
Candidate Requirements:

Age: 18 to 28 years

Education: Any degree

Experience: Minimum 2–3 years in sales, preferably in the IT or Telecom industry
