Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and monitor day-to-day site activities.
- Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Coordinate with contractors, workers, clients, and other project teams.
- Monitor the quality and progress of construction work.
- Prepare daily site reports and maintain project documentation.
- Ensure proper utilization of materials, manpower, and equipment.
- Identify and resolve site-related technical issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and site regulations.
- Conduct regular site inspections and report project progress to the management.
- Coordinate with the engineering team for smooth project execution.
Requirements:
- B.Tech/B.E./Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Site Engineer.
- Good knowledge of construction activities, site supervision, and basic technical drawings.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage site activities and meet project deadlines.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
