Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and responsible Field Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have an ITI or Diploma in Electrical/Electronics and be willing to handle field activities, office documentation, and customer support. Freshers are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit customer sites for installation, inspection, servicing, and maintenance activities.
- Coordinate with the KSEB office for approvals, documentation, and related procedures.
- Prepare and maintain service reports, site visit reports, and other office documentation.
- Diagnose and resolve basic electrical/electronic issues at client locations.
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure timely completion of field assignments.
- Maintain records of service activities and submit daily work updates.
- Follow all company safety guidelines while working at project sites.
Requirements
- ITI or Diploma in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
- Freshers can apply. Prior field service experience is an added advantage.
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems and electronic equipment.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
- Willingness to travel for site visits.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office) is preferred.
- Valid two-wheeler driving license is an added advantage.
Probation Period
- 3 months probation (Performance will be evaluated during the probation period.)
