We are hiring a Presales Executive with 1 to 3 years experience for CoFee, our in-house SaaS product that streamlines fee collection for enterprises, making financial management easier.

What you will do:

● Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and explain the CoFee product.

● Follow up on leads generated via campaigns or web inquiries.

● Fix appointments and schedule product demos for the sales team.

● Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer responses in CRM tools.

● Share product information and resolve basic queries related to features and benefits. What makes you a great fit:

● Strong verbal communication in English and Malayalam.

● Confidence and clarity while speaking with clients over the phone.

● A proactive attitude with persistence in follow-ups.

● Basic understanding of SaaS products or tech-based services is a plus.
