Job Description

The Sales Coordinator cum Tele-Caller will be responsible for handling pre-sales, managing customer interactions, maintaining strong relationships with builders under Channel Partner (CP) agreements, and ensuring seamless coordination between clients, builders, and internal teams. This role requires excellent communication, tele-calling ability, documentation, follow-up skills, and a highly customer-friendly approach.

Key Responsibilities : 

1. Pre-Sales Responsibilities

 Ensure timely lead registration in the Lead Registration Sheet.

 Conduct follow-ups with prospective clients to understand their requirements.

 Arrange and conduct site visits and maintain accurate records in the Site Visit Updated Sheet ,Expected Closure Sheet , Individual Score Sheet

 Coordinate meetings and maintain structured Meeting Data Sheets.

2. Sales Closure Responsibilities

 Follow up with clients on booking decisions and ensure smooth documentation. 3. Builder & CP Agreement Relationship Management  Build and maintain strong relationships with builders and their teams.

 Follow up on CP Agreements, required documents, and commission details.

 Act as a bridge between the company and the builder to ensure smooth collaboration.

 Coordinate approvals, agreement acknowledgments, and updates as needed.

4. Data Management & Reporting

 Maintain multiple operational sheets with accuracy and discipline, including:  Site Visit Updated Sheet , Individual Score Sheet , Meeting Data Sheet , CP Agreement Sheet , Lead Registration Sheet .

 Prepare and share weekly/monthly reports on leads, closures, site visits, and client followups.

5. Tele-caller Responsibilities

 Enhance brand visibility through media, influencer marketing, and partnerships.

 Manage PR activities including advertisements and press releases.

 Contribute to brand development initiatives to strengthen market presence. Make outbound calls to prospective clients to explain project details, offers, and benefits.

 Attend inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally.

 Qualify leads based on customer requirements, budget, location preferences, and timelines.

 Maintain call logs, lead interaction history, and follow-up schedules.

 Share updated project information, pricing, and availability with clients.

 Ensure timely follow-ups to maximize conversion potential.

 Coordinate with the Sales team to hand over warm leads for site visits and closures.

 Maintain a polite, positive, and customer-centric communication approach.

 Work towards assigned call targets, lead conversion targets, and follow-up goals.

Key Requirements

 Any degree (preferred).

 2–3 years of experience.  Proficiency in MS Office (word,Excel,Powerpoint).

 Strong communication, and presentation skills.

 Creative thinker with problem-solving ability.
