Job Summary:
We are looking for enthusiastic and goal-oriented fresh graduates to join our team as Business Development Executives. This role is ideal for candidates who want to start their career in sales, client handling, and business growth. Full training and guidance will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients through calls, emails, and online platforms
- Assist in lead generation and follow-up activities
- Understand customer requirements and explain company services/products
- Schedule meetings or demos for the senior sales team
- Maintain lead details and daily activity reports
- Support the sales team in achieving monthly targets
- Build and maintain positive relationships with prospects
Eligibility & Qualifications:
- Any graduate (BBA, BCom, BA, BSc, MBA freshers can apply)
- 0–1 year of experience (Freshers are welcome)
- Basic communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Willingness to learn sales techniques and business processes
- Comfortable with calling and interacting with domestic and international clients
