Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive growth, generate leads, and build strong client relationships in the wellness/health-tech domain. The ideal candidate should be energetic, target-driven, and possess excellent communication skills.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups
  • Understand client requirements and offer suitable solutions
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of clients
  • Maintain accurate records of leads and client interactions in the CRM/ATS

Key Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales or business development
  • Experience in Wellness / FinTech / EdTech industry is preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent command over English (mandatory)
  • Energetic, self-motivated, and target-oriented mindset
