Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive growth, generate leads, and build strong client relationships in the wellness/health-tech domain. The ideal candidate should be energetic, target-driven, and possess excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups
- Understand client requirements and offer suitable solutions
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of clients
- Maintain accurate records of leads and client interactions in the CRM/ATS
Key Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in sales or business development
- Experience in Wellness / FinTech / EdTech industry is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent command over English (mandatory)
- Energetic, self-motivated, and target-oriented mindset
