Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend and engage with walk-in customers visiting the showroom
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product solutions
- Follow up with leads and existing customers to ensure sales closure
- Drive and achieve monthly sales targets
- Handle end-to-end sales process including negotiation and closing deals
- Oversee day-to-day showroom operations and ensure smooth functioning
- Maintain product display standards and overall showroom presentation
- Manage customer queries, concerns, and ensure high customer satisfaction
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and delivery
