Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and presentable Receptionist cum Sales Executive to manage front desk operations while actively supporting sales activities. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently
Maintain front office cleanliness and organization
Manage appointment scheduling and coordination Explain products/services to walk-in clients
Generate and follow up on leads
Support the sales team in achieving targets
Maintain customer records and update databases
Requirements:
Minimum 1+ year of experience in Reception / Front Office / Sales role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of MS Office
Presentable and well-groomed personality
Ability to multitask and handle pressure
