Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR & Administrator to oversee and manage the organization’s human resources and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience, preferably within the education, hospitality, or manufacturing sectors, with strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions
- Oversee performance management and appraisal systems
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements
- Manage payroll coordination, attendance, and leave records
- Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives
Administration:
- Oversee daily administrative operations and facility management
- Manage vendor relationships and service contracts
- Ensure smooth functioning of office infrastructure and utilities
- Handle procurement of office supplies and asset management
- Maintain records, documentation, and compliance requirements
- Coordinate internal events, meetings, and logistics
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in HR and administration
- Prior experience in education, hospitality, or manufacturing sectors preferred
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software
