Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Site Engineer (Civil) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a degree or diploma in Civil Engineering and be eager to gain hands-on experience in site execution, supervision, and project coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
- Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor the quality of construction work and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site workers.
- Maintain daily site progress reports and documentation.
- Measure work progress and assist in preparing project reports.
- Identify and report site issues to senior engineers.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
Required Qualifications
- B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 0–2 years of experience in civil construction or site engineering.
- Freshers with relevant internship or project experience are encouraged to apply.
