Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and technically skilled Site Engineer to oversee day-to-day site activities, coordinate with contractors and workers, and ensure that projects are completed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor daily site activities and ensure smooth project execution.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and site workers.
- Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the Project Manager.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, and other project teams whenever required.
- Check measurements, materials, and workmanship at the site.
- Identify and resolve site-related technical issues in coordination with the concerned team.
- Maintain daily site reports, work progress records, and other required documentation.
- Ensure materials are available at the site as per project requirements.
- Monitor work schedules and help ensure timely completion of project activities.
- Follow all company safety policies and ensure proper safety practices at the site.
Requirements
- Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- 1–4 years of experience in site supervision or project execution.
- Good knowledge of construction methods, site procedures, and technical drawings.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with contractors, workers, and project teams.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and AutoCAD will be an advantage.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
