Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive with 1–2 years of experience to support and manage day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a strong understanding of HR processes, and the ability to handle employee-related matters professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day HR operations, including employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
- Handle the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate onboarding and joining formalities for new employees.
- Maintain and update employee records in the HRMS.
- Assist in payroll processing by coordinating attendance, leave, salary inputs, deductions, and other payroll-related information.
- Address employee queries and support employee relations activities.
- Assist in implementing and communicating company policies and procedures.
- Monitor attendance, leave, and other HR-related activities and prepare reports as required.
- Support performance management processes, including KRA/KPI updates, appraisals, and performance reviews.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities, training programs, and knowledge sessions.
- Assist with statutory compliance, HR audits, and maintaining required documentation.
- Conduct and coordinate background verification and reference checks when required.
- Prepare HR reports related to recruitment, attendance, employee movements, and other HR activities.
- Coordinate with different departments and branches regarding HR-related requirements.
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are properly communicated and followed by employees.
- Handle employee exit formalities, including clearance, documentation, and exit interviews.
Required Skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and employee-handling skills.
- Good knowledge of HR operations and recruitment processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Experience working with HRMS/HR software is preferred.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Qualification
MBA in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Preferred Experience
- 1–2 years of experience in HR operations/recruitment.

Experience in the logistics/freight forwarding industry will be an added advantage.
