As an Architect, you will be responsible for designing and planning interior spaces that are both aesthetically appealing and functional. You will work closely with our design team, clients, and contractors to ensure that all projects are completed according to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop creative and innovative interior designs that align with client needs and brand aesthetics.
- Prepare detailed floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings.
- Collaborate with clients, interior designers, engineers, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Conduct site visits to assess space conditions, take measurements, and ensure adherence to design plans.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Assist in the selection of materials, finishes, furniture, and lighting.
- Review and approve design mockups and prototypes.
- Oversee the preparation of technical drawings and documentation for construction.
- Manage project timelines and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
- Provide creative solutions to design challenges while maintaining project objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in architecture or interior design.
- Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3D modeling tools, etc.).
- Strong understanding of architectural and interior design principles.
- Ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Attention to detail and a passion for design.
- Knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and sustainability principles is a plus.
