Skills we’re looking for
1. Looking for energetic, focused, result oriented Sales / Business Development Manager for Bangalore. The incumbent will assess the most beneficial relationship to AlertBox and nurture those relationships into mutually productive arrangements as efficiently as possible. 2. Should have at least 1-3 years of experience in the messaging/telecom industry in Direct Selling and have a successful track record of achieving sales targets. 3. Ability to work effectively under minimal supervision. 4. Must have exposure to interaction with senior level executives and should have excellent communication & relationship management skills. 5. Should be fluent in English/Hindi/Kannada and preferably regional languages as well.
Key Result Areas
1. To Ensure and achieve sales (Revenue / volume) targets which are assigned to Each Existing Enterprise / Reseller at the starting of the NEW FY are met. 2. Building strong relationship with the Point of Contacts in the assigned accounts, leverage relationship to penetrate the account / increase Revenue Market Share & explore diverse business opportunities 3. To onboard new accounts / grow accounts which are recently acquired / Revive Dormant Accounts & ensure the revenue numbers from such accounts is achieved 4. Have a good understanding about messaging and conversation flows from product and market perspective , and work with customers to integrate AlertBox’s various service offerings with their Business Processes. 5. Should have expertise in direct selling and a good track record in acquisition of new clients 6. Ensure strict adherence of the laid down customer onboarding and sales reporting process ( Weekly and Daily) 7. Work with new and existing clients to drive business and revenue through product enhancement and product marketing in the Enterprise Segment 8. Actively seek and enable new revenue opportunities in all the market verticals such as IT-ITeS, ECommerce, FSI, NBFC, HealthCare, Travel etc. 9. Should have experience in lead generation and relevant tools 10. Should have good knowledge for all messaging solutions SMS,Voice, Email, Social media, OTT messaging etc. 11. Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies in communication, and have a solid understanding of current business trends to explore new business avenues.
