Job Description

Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and results oriented Inside Sales Executive to drive sales of bespoke software development services and software products across European and African markets. The role involves engaging with system integrators as resellers and end customers, understanding their technical and business requirements, and positioning tailored solutions that deliver value.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities across Europe and Africa.

• Target and engage system integrators, technology partners, and end customers.

• Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach. •

Qualify leads and understand client requirements for bespoke software solutions and for Abaci Products.

• Collaborate with pre-sales, technical, and delivery teams to design customized solutions.

• Present company offerings including custom software development, SaaS products, and integration services.

• Schedule and conduct virtual meetings, demos, and solution presentations.

• Prepare proposals, RFP/RFQ responses, and commercial quotations.

• Negotiate contracts and close deals in line with company objectives.

• Maintain and update sales pipeline and CRM records.

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.

• Stay updated on regional market trends, competitor offerings, and client expectations.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong B2B sales and consultative selling skills.

• Ability to understand technical concepts related to software development, API Integration and Saas Products.

• Experience selling to system integrators and enterprise customers in Europe and Africa.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Cultural awareness and ability to work across European and African markets.

•Proficiency in CRM tools and sales automation platforms.

• Strong pipeline management and closing ability.

• Self-driven, target-oriented, and highly organized.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, Marketing, or related field.

• 3–5 years of experience in inside sales or business development in IT/software industry.

• Proven track record in selling bespoke/custom software solutions or software products.

• Experience working with international clients (Europe/Africa preferred).

• Familiarity with RFP processes and enterprise sales cycles is an advantage.
