Job Description

We are looking for an overall procurement and logistics coordinator with 1-2 years experience.

Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for keeping a record of vendors and previous prices
  2. Responsible for taking quotation from reputed vendors for material and negotiating for best rates
  3. Maintaining and updating supplier information such as qualifications, delivery timelines and negotiating contracts
  4. Managing inventories and maintaining accurate purchase and pricing records
  5. Maintaining good relations with suppliers and negotiating contracts
  6. Researching and evaluating prospective suppliers
  7. Preparation of budgets and cost analyses and reports for both prospective projects for Sales Team and ongoing / awarded projects for Projects Team
  8. Preparation of SOPs for despatch of material from vendors till delivery to customer
  9. Maintenance and handling of warranty related documents and filing of all procurement information
  10. Follow up with vendors for on-time supply and follow up with customers for correct delivery expectations
  11. Preparation of bills in connection with accounts team and preparation of e-way bills and any other documents for smooth despatch and delivery of material from vendors to us and from us to customer
  12. Handling urgent requirement of material for projects operations and factory running as required

Qualifications:

  1. Experience in handling procurement and logistics for at least 1 – 2 years is preferred
  2. Strong Tally and ERP skills
  3. S Office and Excel
  4. Good communication skills
  5. Other duties shall be accepted as required
