Roles and Duties
• Develop and maintain relationship with new and existing Distributor / Stock list for business generation
• Develop and manage an efficient distribution network to improve sales performance
• Strategize, release and track the products across FMCG and OTC sectors
• Inventory management at the distributor levels and ensuring product availability at the retailer levels
• Conduct market research to understand the competitor’s activities and market trends
• Conduct activities to increase customer engagements, bringing innovative ideas to build more business volumes
• Recruit new team members for sales activities
• Conduct Doctor visits and head campaign activities to boost promotion
• Carry-out sales forecast and analysis and present your findings to the management.
• Preparation of monthly sales reports, annual budgeting and sales analysis.
• Writing business proposals.
Overall 10 years of hardcore experience in Pharma field (preferably Ayurveda) with at least 5 years of front line managerial experience
Strong presentation & convincing skills are essential
Knowledge in Digital platform to lay down strategy for promotional activities
Exposure, experience and knowledge of launching new products and the promotion of new/existing products
Good knowledge in Microsoft office tools like Excel, PowerPoint, Word etc.
Degree in any field is mandatory
Fluent in English & Malayalam
